1. About BundleHub GH
BundleHub GH is operated by MHAIZ TECHNOLOGIES and provides a platform for purchasing mobile data bundles for MTN, Telecel, and AirtelTigo networks in Ghana. By using this platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
2. Service Description
BundleHub GH is a data bundle reseller — we are not a telecommunications provider. We purchase data bundles on your behalf through authorised VTU (Value Top-Up) channels and deliver them to the phone number you provide. Network availability, speeds, and coverage are governed entirely by the respective telco (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo) and are outside our control.
3. Eligibility
You must provide a valid Ghanaian mobile number to use this service. By placing an order, you confirm that the recipient number is a legitimate active Ghanaian number on the selected network. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
4. Payments
All payments are processed securely by Paystack. Your order is confirmed only after Paystack reports a successful payment. Prices displayed on the platform are in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and are inclusive of all applicable fees. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.
5. Delivery
We aim to deliver data bundles instantly upon payment confirmation. However, delivery may take up to 30 minutes depending on network conditions and VTU provider availability. Delays beyond our control (e.g. telco downtime) do not constitute grounds for an immediate refund.
6. Refunds
If your order is marked Delivery Failed, a full refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 24 hours. Refunds are not available for successfully delivered bundles. If you believe a delivered bundle was not received, contact us within 48 hours of the order and we will investigate with the VTU provider.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use BundleHub GH for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the platform or other users. Bulk purchasing for resale without prior written agreement, automated purchasing, or any abuse of the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in order cancellation without refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
BundleHub GH and MHAIZ TECHNOLOGIES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to telco-side delivery delays, network outages, or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved under Ghanaian jurisdiction.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated&qupt; date at the top of this page will reflect changes. Continued use of BundleHub GH after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
