BundleHub GH is a data bundle reseller platform operated by MHAIZ TECHNOLOGIES in Ghana. We enable customers to purchase mobile data bundles for MTN, Telecel, and AirtelTigo networks quickly and securely. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information needed to process your order:

• Recipient phone number — to deliver the data bundle.

• Order details — bundle type, network, amount paid, and timestamp.

• Payment reference — provided by Paystack to confirm your transaction. We do not store your card or mobile money credentials.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to:

• Deliver the data bundle you purchased to the recipient phone number.

• Process refunds if delivery fails.

• Resolve disputes or support requests.

• Comply with applicable Ghanaian law.

We do not use your information for marketing without your consent, and we do not sell your data to any third party.

4. Payments

All payments are processed by Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. BundleHub GH never sees or stores your card number, mobile money PIN, or any sensitive payment credentials. Paystack's own privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data.

5. Data Retention

Order records (phone number, bundle, amount) are retained for up to 12 months to support refund processing and dispute resolution, then deleted. You may request early deletion by contacting us.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by us. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@bundlehubgh.com.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of BundleHub GH after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
